  Why are Christians so Crazy Hello, to all my friends, and all the general public watching this program on your television. Today I thought that speaking on why Christianity is so Crazy, and why it is one of the main factors of the craziness we live in, would be an appropriate theme to touch upon. This is the first part of five to answer the following question.  Why DO we as a society think so illogical?  To tackle that question, Let's first consider why themes like LGBTQIA, Abortion, and Minorities (Immigrants) are such controversial themes right now. Groundhog Day !!! What is “Groundhog Day”? Each February 2, on Groundhog Day, the members of the "Punxsutawney Groundhog Club" make the pilgrimage to Gobbler’s Knob – Phil’s official home. Who is Phil? Phil is the name of a groundhog. This Groundhog has a mission every year.  The aforementioned group waits for Phil every year, to leave his burrow and (legend has it) if he sees his shadow, six more weeks of winter are on the way. If he doesn’t, an early spring arrives.   On average, Phil’s prognostications have hit the mark just under 40% of the time since 2013, according to NOAA’s National Centers for Environmental Information. The question is, why do people still follow such inaccurate traditions? The simple answer is that people are complicated.  Before we begin this conversation, we have to be open to the facts. The argument of “pro-life” and “pro-choice” is based on religious beliefs. Many religious people are trying to rationalize teh argument as if nature gave some clear indication either way. Nature does not care, nature has eliminated 98% of the species on this planet, and we might be next. Having said that, No one has a red phone that connects directly to God.  I have been going through my life living as a Catholic trying to follow Christian principles. None of which are based on DEMANDING that others live the way I believe. I have read the gospels from beginning to end. I also read the Old Testament but not as diligently as I have read the Gospels. Well, my friends we have another election cycle coming at us this year. we need to figure out who is going to be running the country for the next 4 years. We have President Biden and we have Trump trying to challenge him.  To make a proper decision we need to weigh some factors. we need to go under the skin of these two people and find out what are their intentions for the next 4 years.  Now when it comes to Joe Biden we know what he's done He has committed some failures himself. He promised to eliminate student loans, but he has not done that for the majority of the students.  He's done partially that for some students but not the majority.  He promised to implement a more strict electric vehicle policy, but he has not done that.  What he has done is to stave off inflation caused by Trump and his tax breaks.  He is working with the result of BOTTLENECKING the border, which started during the COVID-19 pandemic.
